Import Coordinator
Do you have import freight forwarding experience Confident managing shipments from start to finish and ensuring maximum profitability whilst delivering excellent customer service
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing all Import Shipments from start to finish.
The successful candidate will be preparing and processing imports and cross trade shipments plus arranging clearances. You will be organising delivery plus release of the cargo and all the paperwork needed.
You will help to develop, maintain, and grow a portfolio of import clients and business, plus assist colleagues with other duties when required.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous import forwarding experience (at least three years)
- Familiar with shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading
- Customs clearance experience
- Good customer services skills
- Good IT knowledge

This is a position with a leading RoRo shipping company with offices around the world. Their Southampton office is close to the city centre and have a good friendly working environment.
Salary & Benefits:
Our client is looking to pay between £24k - £34k for the right candidate, depending on experience., 22 days holidays plus bank holidays and pension scheme.
