Senior Marketing Manager
Pinpoint Resourcing are partnering an incredibly exciting commercial property business on a fantastic new Senior Marketing Manager role
Objectives:
As Senior Marketing and Campaign Manager, you'll play a crucial role in elevating the company brand through strategic campaigns and promotional initiatives. You'll spearhead high-impact customer campaigns, orchestrate new building launches, oversee property marketing and events, and collaborate with the Head of Marketing to deliver above-the-line brand campaigns. Your work will play a key role in shaping the future of the company brand, driving long-term growth and enhancing customer loyalty & advocacy.
Main Responsibilities:
Brand Stewardship, Campaign Planning and Management
- Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring consistent brand identity and tone of voice across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, social media, print materials, email comms, etc.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated customer campaigns, activations, and brand partnerships to drive engagement and foster brand advocacy
- Partner closely with the Sustainability team to drive our sustainability communications and campaigns
- Support the Head of Marketing and work with external agencies to deliver compelling above-the-line brand campaigns, ensuring timeliness, budget adherence, and quality standards
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to drive brand and campaign integration across all marketing channels for maximum synergy and impact
Customer Communications and Events
- Lead strategic planning and execution of an integrated customer communications calendar
- Develop and oversee a strategic programme of events, including wellbeing activities, networking opportunities and thought leadership forums to enhance customer engagement and advocacy
Property Marketing
- Drive the marketing strategy for our property portfolio, overseeing branding, signage, promotional communications, photography, floor plans and collateral development
- Craft innovative property marketing approaches to attract and retain customers
- Foster strong relationships with asset managers and the sales team to support their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives
Strategic Leadership and Team Management
- Oversee, mentor and guide 4 team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Ensure all activities in the team are delivered on time/with speed, on budget and to a high quality
- Manage team resources effectively, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency
More information:
- Annual salary between £60,000 - £70,000
