Our client are specialists in their industry sector, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Change Coordinator on a permanent basis.
The Job you'll do
- Develop and drive improvements on changes in the business.
- Define and measure success metrics and KPI's for change processes.
- Facilitates review and decision for change proposals.
- Coordinates changes; from proposal acceptance to implementation.
- Supports in defining the scope of the change being proposed.
- Conducts internal change meetings to monitor and drive change progress.
- Communication with stakeholders.
- Manages risks with associated change.
About You
- Previous manufacturing experience, automotive is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Delivery focused with demonstrable on time delivery experience.
- Project Management and coordination skills.
- Technical Engineering or Manufacturing knowledge is desirable.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to all working levels.
- Conflict resolution skills.
