Our client are specialists in their industry sector, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Change Coordinator on a permanent basis.

The Job you'll do

  • Develop and drive improvements on changes in the business.
  • Define and measure success metrics and KPI's for change processes.
  • Facilitates review and decision for change proposals.
  • Coordinates changes; from proposal acceptance to implementation.
  • Supports in defining the scope of the change being proposed.
  • Conducts internal change meetings to monitor and drive change progress.
  • Communication with stakeholders.
  • Manages risks with associated change.

About You

  • Previous manufacturing experience, automotive is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Delivery focused with demonstrable on time delivery experience.
  • Project Management and coordination skills.
  • Technical Engineering or Manufacturing knowledge is desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to all working levels.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
