If you are an experienced Legal Secretary with a good knowledge of Conveyancing then this is the perfect role for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing extensive all-round secretarial support for team of Solicitors
- Dealing with residential conveyancing cases from start to finish
- Managing diary schedules for the team and arranging client appointments
- Dealing with clients in person and on the telephone and providing an excellent service
- Completing required searches utilising Land Registry systema and preparing reports
- Opening files for new clients and completing required compliance checks
