Location: Head Office - Colnbrook
Salary: up to £12.50 per hour / £26,000
Hours: Full-time- - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
This role is fully office based

As the business continues to grow, they are looking to hire a dynamic Customer Services Lead to join their friendly team at Head Office in Colnbrook.
The Role:
Are you passionate about healthcare and have a knack for leadership? We're seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Services Lead to support the Head of Services and coordinate our clients customer service teams. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure that the teams meet their service targets and provide high-quality, personalised care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse data and solve problems to optimise service delivery
- Collaborate with pharmacy teams to enhance patient experiences and promote overall health
- Oversee service targets and ensure adherence to quality standards
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in administration with strong leadership qualities
- Proficiency in Excel and Word, with excellent numeracy skills
- A real team player with exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
