Are you fluent in German with a passion for delivering exceptional administration and customer relations? We're looking for a proactive, dedicated and enthusiastic person to work with a German-speaking client and enhance the customers' journey!
Duties:
- Manage and process renewal contracts.
- Communicate via email and phone with German clients to provide information on renewal options and timelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of renewals in the CRM system.
- Assist in resolving any issues or queries related to contract renewals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth renewal processes.
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Generate reports and analyse data to track renewal performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in Customer Service/Account Management/ Administration or similar.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ideally Netsuite and/or Salesforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
