Are you a recent graduate with a passion for working with young people? Do you have experience in tutoring, caring, or supporting children, particularly those with special educational needs? We are looking for a compassionate and confident Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and welcoming secondary school in Lambeth from September.
- *About the Role:**
You will work within our supportive SEN department or in mainstream classrooms, providing essential 1:1 support to students with additional needs, including autism and learning difficulties. Your role will be pivotal in helping these students achieve their full potential in a nurturing environment.
- *Requirements:**
- A degree in any field.
- Experience working with children or young people in any capacity.
- Advantageous experience: Tutoring, caring, SEND support, or other roles involving young people.
- A strong understanding of the needs of neurodivergent children and young people.
- Empathy, patience, and confidence in managing diverse learning needs.
