Job Role: Caretaker
Job Location: Camden
Salary: 16.93ph
Working period: Monday - Friday, some weekends required
Working Hours: 36hr
Assignment period: 3 - 6 months
As a preferred supplier to many local and national groups, Fox Morris Groupare excited to offer one position for the caretaker role.
Our Caretakers work within an estate environment. You will be working as part of a team to Ensure a high standard of cleanliness to internal elements of residential buildings in addition to the external areas within the parameters of an estate.
You will be expected to provide a high standard of work to the role.
Your role will / may also include working with:
- Overseeing the performance of waste management
- Managing health and safety issues
- General cleaning duties

Minimum Requirements for the Role
- Previous caretaking experience.
- Flexibility to adapt and make informed decisions in challenging situations
