Technical Administrator

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a knack for technical administration and data analysis? We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Technical Administrator

,

an integral part of the end-to-end technical team.

Your role in our Technical Team, will be in the form of general administration duties, along with some key tasks, such as:

  • Complete all daily, weekly, monthly and annual technical function KPI reporting.
  • Administer the customer complaints process by logging complaints accurately and timely, and ensuring appropriate escalation and reporting.
  • Assist in analysing our extensive complaints database, identifying trends, and presenting findings. Help turn data into actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Help us to coordinate customer or internal benchmarking projects.
  • Work with the Customer Technical team, to ensure samples are prepared and sent out
  • Coordinate our Taste Panel and the completion of any administration around this.

This role is a great introductory role, enabling you to work in the heart of our End to End Technical Team, and to show your amazing admin skills.

What are the key ingredients needed for the role?

Great attention to detail, time management, IT literate; ability to work at pace, accurate analysing data and of course, interest in what you are doing. Enthusiastic about delivering professional and engaging service, understanding customer needs, and meeting them proactively. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential as you will be communicating with lots of different departments, our internal and external customers, and sometimes retailers. You will need to be able to prioritise skills and be comfortable working both individually and part of a team.
