Sellick Partnership Ltd are partnering a housing association with the recruitment of a Damp and Mould Operative to join a their repairs and maintenance team on a permanent basis.
Daily duties of the Damp and Mould Operative consists of:
- To remove any defictive decoration damaged by damp and mould
- Wash, clean and treat areas that are affected by Damp and Mould
- Take before and after photos of work carried out
- Using the provided PPE
- Undertake small elements of decorating
Essential Experience of the Damp and Mould Operative:
- Possess a full UK drivers license
- Be willing to undertake any necessary training
