SF Recruitment has recently partnered with a reputable blue-collar business based in Staffordshire seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join their team for a temporary project. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting a redundancy programme.

Location: Site-Based (5 days per week)

Salary equivalent of £30,000 - £35,000
Working Hours: 08:00 - 16:30
Duration: Beginning of July - Mid September

Role Overview:
As an HR Generalist, you will be an integral part of the HR team, providing essential administrative support throughout the redundancy programme. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Updating voluntary redundancy trackers
- Issuing letters related to the redundancy process
- Managing diaries and scheduling meetings
- Assisting with the scoring process for compulsory redundancy

Key Responsibilities:
- Voluntary Redundancy Trackers: Maintain and update trackers to ensure accurate records of voluntary redundancy applications and statuses.
- Issuance of Letters: Draft, review, and issue letters to employees regarding redundancy decisions and related matters.
- Diary Management: Coordinate and manage diaries for HR meetings, ensuring all appointments and schedules are efficiently handled.
- Scoring Process: Assist in the scoring process for compulsory redundancies, ensuring fairness and adherence to company policies.

Ideal Candidate:
- Availability: Ready to start at the beginning of July and available until mid-September.
- Experience: Previous experience in HR, particularly in handling redundancy processes, is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, confidential.
