IT Team Leader - Inverness- £31-36K
An established client of ours in the Technology sector are looking for a IT Team Leader to join their internal IT department, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical support across the Company. The successful candidate will also become involved in specific IT projects supporting the growth and development of the technology infrastructure.
This is an office based role in their Inverness office.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strong technical background with expertise in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically to address complex IT challenges.
- Familiarity with Infor OS.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of IT professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, encouraging their professional growth and development.
- Develop a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and optimisation of the company's IT infrastructure, including network, servers, and systems.
