Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle efficiently, from enquiry through to invoice payment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer enquiries via email or phone to maximise order conversion.
- Prepare accurate quotations, follow up proactively, and maintain a pipeline of potential projects and quotes.
- Liasie with clients to gather build rapport and secure profitable business.
- Process purchase orders with precision and attention to detail.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, exceeding expectations in communication and delivery performance.
- Identify opportunities to grow the customer base and expand product/service offerings.
Candidate Profile

- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
