Contract role - Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Control Analyst - Remote/London - 6 months contract - Inside IR35
We are seeking forConfiguration Management Database (CMDB) Control Analyst will be to clean up the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and related technical tagging services. This includes standardising technical dashboards and ensuring they display accurate information for all services. The initial focus will be on ten Tier 2 application service stacks.

- Duration: 6 months contract
- Experience with CMDB tools and processes (ServiceNow)
- Proficiency in CMDB cleanup and organisation
- Knowledge of technical tagging standards
- Experience creating and standardising dashboards
- Ensuring accurate information display
- Identifying, evaluating, and prioritising IT risks
- Understand laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001)
- Designing and implementing internal control frameworks
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Analysing data for trends, anomalies, and risks
- Creating and maintaining IT security policies
- Developing and executing incident response plans
- Understanding IT systems, networks, and security technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial or regulated industry.
- CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or ITIL certifications (desirable).
- Experience in IT projects and CMDB initiatives (ServiceNow)
