Customer Service Advisor
Location: Crewe
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum
Hours: 9am-5pm (Monday to Friday)
Acorn by Synergie has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic customer Service Advisor to join a growing team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing top-notch service and support. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.
Responsibilities will include:
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and chat professional and promptly.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Verify customer documentation.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Adhere to client SLAs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and enhance service delivery.
- Keep up to date with company products, services and policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Proficient in IT, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
