We are currently looking for a talented People Business Partner to join our fast-paced Human Resources team in Chichester, West Sussex. Reporting into our Head of People, you will coach and act as a strategic advisor and partner to line managers and the leadership team. This role focuses on aligning people strategies with business objectives, enhancing organisational performance, and driving a culture of continuous improvement and engagement. The People Business Partner will proactively address complex people-related issues, providing strategic guidance, and leading initiatives that support the overall business strategy. Responsibilities
You will already have experience in...
- Coaching leadership teams to deliver
- Making data led decisions and providing clear and accurate updates to the business
- Ensuring headcount and budget is in line with the forecast and not exceeded
- Driving recruitment, talent, succession planning and performance
- Providing full support, advice and guidance on all employee relations matters including; ER issues; employment law; procedures; performance management and disciplinary & grievance
- Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement people strategies that align with business goals and objectives
- Ensuring Natures Way Foods policies are updated and compliant with regulations, applied consistently and fairly across the organisation
- Managing and resolving advanced colleague relation issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, with a focus on minimizing risk and promoting a positive work environment
- Overseeing the onboarding process, ensuring new colleagues have the necessary resources and information for seamless integration
- Providing expert guidance on managing long-term absence cases
- Supporting managers in conducting advanced performance reviews, setting strategic objectives, and identifying high-impact training needs
- Developing performance improvement plans, ensuring follow-up actions are strategically aligned with business needs
- Conducting new starter and leaver interviews, utilizing feedback to inform and improve people strategies and organisational processes
