Key Responsibilities:
- Help with outdoor activities and programs to support students' well-being and personal growth.
- Build positive relationships and provide pastoral support tailored to SEMH students.
- Promote resilience, self-esteem, and social skills through experiential learning.
- Collaborate with educational staff to integrate outdoor learning with the curriculum.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in education, pastoral care, or working with SEMH students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A love for the outdoors and the ability to engage students in various activities.
- Relevant qualifications in education.
