Year Group: Year 2 and 3
Location: Rhymney, Caerphilly

Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted support in numeracy and literacy for pupils in Year 2 and 3
- Work closely with class teachers to develop and implement intervention strategies
- Monitor and track pupil progress, adapting support as needed
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience in supporting literacy and numeracy development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
