Contract Type: Permanent, Hybrid (remote flexibility)
Working Pattern: Part Time, working different days throughtout the week, including some weekend work
Hourly Rate: £11.56
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide information, support, and assistance to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer queries
- Coordinate with team to ensure the overall well-being of customers
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating transportation for customers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a similar environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with vulnerable populations
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
