Zest Education is currently seeking a passionate Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join the team as a Key Stage 2 Class Teacher at a friendly and supportive primary school in Burton. This is an immediate start, working full time from Monday to Friday for the full school day. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a welcoming environment, guided through their induction years with care and support.

The school offers a wide and rich curriculum with excellent resources, providing the perfect foundation for planning and delivering engaging lessons to young learners. This position offers the chance to make a real impact on the education and development of Key Stage 2 students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons for Key Stage 2 students
- Support the academic and social growth of students in the classroom
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment
- Engage with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
