Description

Post Completion Remortgage Team Leader - Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of post-completion and admin assistants to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services.
  • Provide mentoring and support to team members, helping them achieve their personal and professional goals.
  • Oversee caseloads and assist team members in managing workflow to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, borrowers, and third-party institutions, to maintain excellent communication and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor team performance, conducting regular one-to-one meetings, and providing feedback to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Report on post-completion activity and provide insights to improve processes and outcomes.

Profile

Post Completion Remortgage Team Leader - What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team, ideally within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Prior experience in remortgage, post-completion, or conveyancing is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and team members.
  • A results-driven attitude with excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with deadlines and service level agreements.
  • A proactive approach to coaching, development, and performance management.
  • Solid IT skills, ideally with experience in case management systems.
