Day to day as a service advisor:
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Booking vehicles into the diary in the workshop
- Liaising with the team to keep track of vehicles progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready at scheduled time
- Carrying out reminder calls to customers for post-visit follow ups and regular maintenance
- Sourcing replacement parts to enable vehicle repairs
- On occasion helping with the collection and or delivery of customer vehicles
- Producing quotations and invoices
What will you need:
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Service Advisor
- Passion for growth
- A first-class can-do Attitude
- A Team Player
- Computer skills
- Customer service experience in a garage or car dealership
