Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable PPA Cover Teacher to deliver high-quality lessons across various year groups during teachers' PPA time. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining continuity in the classroom, engaging students in their learning, and ensuring that the high standards of the school are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different year groups, following the school's curriculum and planning.
- Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
- Mark and assess students' work, providing constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to support the overall educational experience.
- Adapt to different classroom settings and student needs with flexibility and creativity.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during lessons.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience in teaching primary or secondary school students.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in various classroom environments.
