About the role:

We are looking for someone to join our team of fantastic support workers. You will be supporting a small group of individuals in their homes. The right applicant will enjoy walks, Accessing the community for activities, shopping, swimming and appointments . You will play an essential role in supporting people to maintain family relationships and being involved in their community . Experience with complex behaviours is desirable, but full training will be provided. We would love to hear from you if you are caring and compassionate about making a difference. Induction and shadowing are paid time. Driver is essential due to location and people's supported needs.

What do you need to become our Support Worker ?
- No previous experience or qualifications required, Free, Skills for Care endorsed full training will be provided
- Compassionate, caring, confident and resilient
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, with a high level of motivation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident, articulate, and professional
- Keenness to learn in a fast-paced environment and creatively solve problems
