Head of Third Party Process

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual with excellent management and communication skills to work with the sales division, including branches and central teams, to ensure all business opportunities arising from third party suppliers are optimised and proactive upselling is encouraged. 3rd party suppliers include those covering;

  • Conveyancing
  • Financial Services
  • Auction
  • Survey
  • Removals
  • Refurbishments

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To increase and optimise the company revenue from third party opportunities across the sales division.
  • Work with all company departments to ensure all third party opportunities are given adequate focus.
  • To be responsible for providing analysis and tracking of all opportunities, income and performance against sales and instructions reporting to the Regional Directors and Directors.
  • Optimise your focus to ensure a maximised net gain from third party activities is delivered. Ensure consistent analysis of volume vs value is in place throughout the business and that there are actions in place to delivered optimised processes first time, with sweep up processes to remedy misses opportunities later in the transaction timeline.
  • Promoting third party opportunities and results to the Branch and Central Teams to identify successes and opportunities for improvement
  • Attend branches to provide support in order to ensure minimum standards are being met
  • Liaise with Managers and Regional Directors to ensure the correct process is in place to meet the minimum standards per branch/ team

Required experience:

  • It should be expected that the successful candidate will have previous Estate Agency experience and a proven track record in delivering third party results from their Estate agency activities.
  • No specific industry qualifications are required
  • The successful candidate must have access to their own vehicle, have a valid driving licence and are covered / will be covered for business use prior to commencing their employment
