- Experience Mortgage Advisor – 18 months +

What does this role specifically involve?
As a Mortgage Advisor for the Brokerage, you will be guiding clients throughout the mortgage process, helping them secure suitable mortgage loans tailored to their needs and financial circumstances. Your role will involve assessing clients' eligibility, researching mortgage options, offering sound advice, and facilitating the application and approval process, as support, you will have a dedicated client relationship manager to assist you with your administration, allowing you more time to focus on providing outstanding customer service to your clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and prospective estate agency partners

- Stay abreast of current market trends and news
- Uphold strict compliance with financial regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards consistently
Required Skills and Experience:
- 18 months or more experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent industry accreditation
- Proficient communicator with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proven track record in delivering superior customer service
- Demonstrated history of providing top-tier Mortgage and Protection advice
