After-Sales Coordinator/Administrator
My client a leading supplier based in Lisburn is currently seeking an After-Sales Coordinator/Administrator to join their team.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm.
With a salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Closing date: 3rd July 2024
Job Role:
This is an office-based aftersales support role, with a wide range of tasks and working with both the field-based service and sales team as well as directly with the customer base.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience of working in a customer service role (training will be provided on the company systems and products).
- A-Level/BTec or similar level education.
- IT proficient with the use of Microsoft Office packages as well as fluent in Excel and the use of spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Telephone call handling including responding to customer aftersales enquiries, directing sales enquiries to sales team, customer complaint handling.
- Co-ordinate, monitor and improve field service activities.
- Provide support and guidance to service personnel who perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Service and repair callout scheduling/appointment scheduling/diary management.
- Preparation of service and repair quotations.
- Sales & purchase order processing for all service and spare parts.
- Ensure workshop is highly organised and tidy at all times.
- Check all equipment booked into workshop is labelled with job details.
- Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed accurately.
- Treating all customers with patience, respect and be aware that many of our customers are disabled or have learning difficulties and require clear communications.
- Develop good working relationships with other staff.
- Varied day to day administrative tasks.
