Ecommerce UX Analyst

We`re looking for a new Ecommerce UX Analyst to join our Ecommerce team based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you will as our Ecommerce UX Analyst, you'll play a strategic role in shaping the online customer journey at Dreams. You'll leverage your deep understanding of user behaviour and best practices to spearhead research initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and guide the development of user-centric solutions that drive business impact.

As a UX Researcher, you will play a key role in understanding how a customer interacts with the website and drive an AB testing roadmap and user research strategy based on the yearly roadmap. You`ll need to be comfortable presenting back your findings to key stakeholders and working closely with cross-functional teams such as design and developers, to bring your ideas to life.

-Develop and execute a comprehensive user research strategy aligned with overall business goals
-Gather and analyse customer feedback and journeys across various channels
-Identify key trends, patterns, and pain points to uncover strategic opportunities for enhancing user experience and driving conversion
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, Trade) to translate user insights into actionable recommendations that optimise the customer journey
-Lead the development and execution of A/B testing roadmap to measure the impact of design and functionality changes on user engagement and business metrics
-Analyse A/B test results and user research findings to generate data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making
-Communicate research findings and recommendations effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders through compelling reports and presentations
-Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the Ecommerce team through user research principles and best practices
-Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in user experience research and ecommerce best practices, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

This is the type of person we`re dreaming of:

-At least 2 years experience in a digital or analyst role
-Good understanding of customer satisfaction principles and methodologies
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data sets
-Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Contentsquare and HotJar preferred but not essential
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative and supportive approach
-Creative thinker with high attention to detail
-Passionate about improving customer experience and driven to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers
