We are looking for a lovely smiley person to join our Front of House team here at Robineau Patisserie. This is a permanent position, with a minimum of 14 - 16 hours per week with shifts over three to four days; Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Ideally you will have previous shop and/or customer service experience. You should also have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy giving great customer service.

Duties will include:
- Serving in our shop; up selling products, maintaining presentation standards, replenishing shop displays and fresh counters
- Small delivery route to local addresses on Thursdays and Saturdays; please note we have a small van! - Citroen Berlingo
- Packaging of handmade products made in house e.g. Chocolates, Cakes, Biscuits.
Requirements:
- Applicants must have previous customer service experience.
- A well-mannered, well presented, flexible and reliable character with a passion for team work and pleasing our customers.
- Full clean driving Licence
