Customer Service & Data Entry Clerk / Temporary / Erith, Kent / £12.00 per hour
Overview:
My client, a local family-owned business based in Erith, Kent, are currently recruiting for a Customer Service & Data Entry Clerk to join their busy team on a temporary basis for around 2 months.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist the department with a short-term project
- Work your way through 3,500+ records, verify customer details
- Make 100+ calls per day to ensure records match current database
- Send out relevant documentation to customers
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Some office-based experience would be desirable
- Confident on the phone, speaking with customers and asking questions
- Detail orientated, personable and hard working
Package:
- £12.00 per hour + holiday pay
- Office based with free parking
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (office based)
