Description
- Reconcile customer disputes related to outstanding balances.
- Ensure effective management and performance of credit control.
- Accurately send and distribute sales invoices on time, supporting the AR Administrator.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Forecast inbound cash receipts and proactively address potential issues.
- Improve debtor days by achieving monthly targets.
- Manage business cash flow with accurate and updated forecasts of upcoming cash requirements.
- Offer commercial insights and regularly review customer ledgers to enhance efficiency.
- Complete all month-end tasks according to timelines and procedures.
- Record customer payments from bank transfers, cheques, and credit card transactions in compliance with finance policies.
- Liaise with clients to ensure adherence to PO processes.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on collections progress.
- Assist the team with ad hoc duties and provide cover when needed.
- Maintain an internal ticketing system for internal and external queries.
Profile
- Experience in credit management and accounting, ideally within an SSC setting
- Established history of excellence in credit control and solid accounting expertise
- Successful background in enhancing processes and implementing ERP solutions
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Professional demeanor with capability to engage at all hierarchical levels
- Proactive, solution-driven, and accountable

Job Offer
- A competitive salary range of £25,200 - £28,000 per annum.
