Trainee Negotiator - Barnet
Salary - £18,000 - £22,000 + commission when training complete & car allowance
Our client is the number one independent Estate Agency in the area they are looking for a switched-on Trainee Negotiator to join the team. With a well-established name and a great reputation for outstanding professionalism, they require an individual with a similar focus to join them and develop their skills within the Sales & Lettings department. Key responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly and professional service.
- Arrange, organise, and conduct viewings.
- Achieve all daily and weekly targets.
- Register new applicants, manage, update, and maintain regular contact with existing applicants.
- Advise, update and maintain excellent relationship with landlords on all lettings requirements.
Proven Specification:
- Must have a full UK driving licence and own car.
- Must live locally or within a reasonable commute of the office.
- Well presented with excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
