What You'll Do

  • Support the branch in meeting and exceeding Gross Profit targets.
  • Build and manage client and candidate relationships.
  • Source, screen, interview, and manage offers for candidates.
  • Engage in business development activities.
  • Deliver excellent sales results.
  • Balance sales and negotiation in recruitment.
  • Understand recruitment legislation and compliance.
  • Leverage social platforms for strategic resourcing.
  • Drive business development to grow margins across Temp and Perm revenues.
  • Identify and convert prospective clients, growing your desk in line with targets.

Entry Requirements:

  • English and maths qualifications at grade C/4 or above in GCSEs or level 2 in functional skills.
  • Commitment to developing skills for a minimum of 6 hours a week and a full time contract.
  • Willingness to complete an 18-month apprenticeship (plus 3 months of EPA) starting January 2025.
  • Commit to a fixed-term contract for the apprenticeship duration
