What You'll Do
- Support the branch in meeting and exceeding Gross Profit targets.
- Build and manage client and candidate relationships.
- Source, screen, interview, and manage offers for candidates.
- Engage in business development activities.
- Deliver excellent sales results.
- Balance sales and negotiation in recruitment.
- Understand recruitment legislation and compliance.
- Leverage social platforms for strategic resourcing.
- Drive business development to grow margins across Temp and Perm revenues.
- Identify and convert prospective clients, growing your desk in line with targets.

Entry Requirements:
- English and maths qualifications at grade C/4 or above in GCSEs or level 2 in functional skills.
- Commitment to developing skills for a minimum of 6 hours a week and a full time contract.
- Willingness to complete an 18-month apprenticeship (plus 3 months of EPA) starting January 2025.
- Commit to a fixed-term contract for the apprenticeship duration
