Talent Guardian are delighted to announce that our valued client based in Farnborough is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on a part-time basis.
This opportunity has arisen for an experienced accounts assistant, commercially orientated finance
professional to join our client, reporting to the Finance Officer.
Key Responsibilities entail:
- Purchase and Sales Ledger entries
- Export of sales data from internal system into Pegasus Opera
- Support with processing of wages
- Administration support
- Manage and transfer internally incoming calls
- Support visitors on arrival to site
- Purchase Ledger payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Project work
- Support visitors on arrival
- Manage and transfer calls
- Credit card reconciliation
- Admin and ad hoc tasks
- Other ad hoc tasks as requested
Experience and qualifications necessary:
- Essential experience; Having worked in a similar role for a small business, and knowledge of Pegasus Opera or Sage, Excel and Outlook.
Additional information:
- Work pattern to be agreed but ideally 24hrs over Monday - Friday
- 30 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) pro rata.
