We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our Not For Profit organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, and general ledger operations.

Description

The key responsibilities of a Finance Officer will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Prepare and present financial reports.
  • Monitor and analyse accounting data.
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits.
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
  • Coordinate budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage general ledger operations.

Profile

A successful Finance Officer should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in financial software and MS Office.
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
