Showroom Design and Sales Apprentice L3 (Kitchen & Bathroom) - Barrow In Furness.
Looking to develop a career in design? This is an exciting opportunity to build a career with the largest independent builders' merchant in the UK and be fully supported throughout with a great training package.
In this role you'll learn how to create ideas & plans for kitchens & bathrooms that meet customer requirements, and you will assist in managing projects through from design to installation.
Duties and Responsibilities
You will:
- Create innovative designs using the MKM approved software
- Develop a strong working knowledge of the full MKM range
- Assist in creating quotes, chasing leads and closing sales through conversational selling skills
- Follow up sales with after care contact and act on any concerns
- Keep abreast of latest industry trends and innovations
- Working 7am - 5pm Mon - Fri and alternate Saturday mornings - this will be working 44 and a half hours a week. (under 18 year olds would work a max of 40 hours a week)
Qualifications and Skills
- You'll need a passion for people and a flair for design
- Ability and enthusiasm to assist with the end-to-end customer journey
- Full driver's licence would be desirable.
