We're recruiting for a Human Resource Assistant to join a well-established and ever growing company based in the Worthing area. You will have a level 3-5 CIPD or equivalent and previous experience in a similar role. As a HR Assistant you'll assist with the overall running of the office and help develop the Human Resource department.
As a HR Assistant your role will include:
- Overlooking the employee lifecycle
- Liaising with line managers to review employee relations and performance management
- Supporting the HR Manager
- Writing job specs and assisting with interviews
- Contribute to improve the HR systems and practices
Skills Required:
- Be qualified in CIPD level 3+ or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Understand Excel and other software's
- Be able to prioritise other tasks that need to be done immediately

This is a full time permanent position based in Worthing working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm fully office based on an annual salary between £26,000 up to £28,000 (dependent on experience).
