**Accounts and Administration Coordinator (Hybrid Role)

Location: Cobham, Surrey
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid working available after training)

**About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised and detail-oriented individual to join a growing team within a leading organisation operating in the property and finance sector. The business is managing a rapidly expanding portfolio of residential assets, and this role will provide critical support in ensuring the smooth administration and financial processing of client accounts.

This is a varied hybrid role, ideally suited to someone who enjoys both numbers and processes. You will split your time between administrative functions and accounting tasks, ensuring records are accurate, up to date, and all correspondence is handled professionally.

**Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately inputting and checking data on Excel trackers and internal systems
  • Uploading documents and updating property records on the system
  • Handling email and telephone queries from tenants, solicitors, and agents
  • Managing billing schedules, mailouts of demands and reminder letters
  • Taking card payments via a secure system
  • Supporting lease assignment documentation and related solicitor queries
  • Ensuring all new property completions are uploaded and recorded correctly

**What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Strong administrative experience in a professional or financial services environment
  • Good level of numeracy with a meticulous eye for detail
  • Comfortable using Excel for data input and tracking (basic to intermediate level)
  • Ability to learn new systems (training will be provided on SharePoint and internal tools)
  • Confident communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to manage time effectively and work to deadlines
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a problem-solving mindset

**Additional Information

  • Hybrid working: After successful training, you may request to work one day per week from home, subject to managerial approval
