Our client, who are a well established Financial Services company, are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join their friendly team.

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, working as part of a team ensuring the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company where you will be offered stability and progression within the organisation.

Duties to include:

  • Send document requests to the clients (payslips, bank stats, ID etc)
  • Managing the mortgage application process
  • Chasing lenders to ensure mortgage offers are delivered quickly
  • Finding solutions to problems
  • Working with clients
  • Liaising with solicitors
  • Support the team with any additional administrative tasks as needed

Experience & skills :

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, however not required
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in basic math skills
  • Some exposure to working within a financial services setting is a plus but not essential
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities

Hours 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday - office based
