Guidant Global is looking for an experienced Oracle Developer to work within an Identity and Access Management (IDAM) project, working on complex work packages, alongside other Oracle developers, Business Analysts and Project Managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Configuration, deployment, maintenance and enhancement of the Oracle Identity Management (IdAM) product suite.
  • Enhance existing Oracle products by writing and supporting bespoke JAVA code.
  • Produce and update technical design and support documentation as required.
  • Support the design and technical requirements analysis and build solutions to meet these requirements.
  • Develop solutions with efficiency & simplicity in mind.
  • Provide advice, training and assistance to the project team, support team and associated stakeholders as required (knowledge transfer to facilitate handover to BAU).
  • Provide support coverage for operational systems.

Core skills include:

  • Ability to work well within a small development team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise time.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the team and to key stakeholders up to senior management level.

In addition, good working knowledge & experience of at least 4 of the following:

  • Oracle Identify Federation (OIF).
  • Oracle Application Gateway (OAG).
  • Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD).
  • Oracle Fusion Middleware - Weblogic, OEM.
  • JAVA Development.
  • Shell Scripting.
  • PKI Implementation.
  • Linux Operating System.
  • Networking and VIPs.
