Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 per year + package or £300 - £350 per day (Contract)
Duration: 6 months (High-Speed Project)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the electrical work for a high-speed, 6-month project at Colchester Hospital. This role requires someone who can manage teams effectively, ensure top-quality installations, and keep the project on track in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all electrical activities on-site, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.
- Coordinate daily operations, managing electricians and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team, troubleshooting any challenges that arise.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Extensive experience as an Electrical Supervisor, ideally within healthcare or hospital projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, installation processes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards in a fast-paced project setting.
