Admin / Facilities Assistant

Job Title: Administrative and Facilities Assistant

Location: Oxford, Full-time, Permanent (Office based)

Our Legal Client is currently recruiting for an administrative assistant and facilities assistant to support and provide to the Executive Support Services (ESS) team, assisting Executive Assistants and ensuring smooth office operations.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience in admin.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with travel arrangements, expenses, meeting room bookings, and catering
  • Support Corporate Fee Earners with post-completion tasks
  • Handle client database updates and file retrieval
  • Conduct photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing
  • Manage the archiving process and ensure document accuracy
  • Maintain high standards in all administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Recent office administration experience or relevant qualification
  • At least 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or above, including Maths and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and client service orientation
