Our clients Primary Schools have created a dynamic, friendly and secure environment with a positive approach to teaching. With small classes they can inspire each child, giving them close attention and ensuring they leave the school fully equipped for their next phase of learning.

In their 2021 Ofsted inspection, both schools were rated "Good" "with a positive climate where pupils and staff feel valued and supported".

The Role

The Primary School is looking to appoint 2 reliable, nurturing and caring Teaching Assistants. The Teaching Assistants will work as part of the school team, supporting pupils across their learning, including during lunchtimes.

Their vision is to encourage and support the pupils to enjoy their childhoods and reach their full potential, as confident, inquisitive and successful learners and as fully rounded individuals. The small, caring communities and their inspiring environment, within the South Norfolk countryside, make a huge impact on the children's development and are essential values.

  • Be committed to the school's high standards of teaching, learning and professional development.
  • Have excellent communication skills, a warm and caring personality, and a good sense of humour.
  • Understand the importance of an inclusive environment and high expectations on pupil behaviour.
  • Have a welcoming and friendly approach with a high level of professionalism.
