OB TITLE: Sales Administrator

LOCATION: Northfleet

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

SALARY: £26,000- £29,000 per annum

BENEFITS: 23 days annual leave + bank holidays, Christmas Shutdown, Free parking, Kitchen on site, Staff uniform

CULTURE: Family owned Construction business with a caring, supportive team. Office Based position

We're teaming up with this brilliant business to find a Sales Support Administrator to support their existing long-standing team. You will work with established Construction/ Engineering companies to process their orders and provide regular updates. These enquiries will come in via phone call or email, so it is imperative you are an excellent communicator. Customer Service Experience is crucial to this team so if you are professional, accurate and care about customers, this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Field Based Account Managers with paperwork and administration
  • Processing a large number of orders daily
  • Acting a primary point of contact for Sales queries
  • Creating quotations
  • Liaising with warehouse and transport teams to ensure deliveries arrive promptly
  • Recommending products

Skills and attributes necessary

  • Experience in a Sales Order Processing/ Customer Service position
  • Experience working in the Construction industry would be beneficial
  • Excellent communicator and organiser
  • Great telephone manner and condiment speaking to customers
  • Previous use of CRM Systems would be advantageous.
