Responsibilities:
- Provide support for all payroll clients.
- Interact with clients via phone and email, ensuring efficient handling of their requirements.
- Act as a senior member of the team in generating payment summaries for account preparation.
- Manage multiple client payrolls, including weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cycles.
- Handle PAYE payments on behalf of clients.
Skills They Look For:
- Experience working in a Client or Bureau environment.
- 3 years end to end processing experience.
- Knowledge of Brightpay (desirable).
- Good communication skills.
