Digital Content Executive - German Speaking

We are working with a leading Travel & Tourism brand based in Southampton who are seeking a Digital Content Executive who speaks fluent German to join their team on a hybrid basis of 3 days a week in the office.
The digital team is responsible for driving and maintaining the digital presence across the entire customer journey. This includes managing content, optimisation and development of the brand website and its content.
Reporting to the Digital Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing recommendations from the SEO Agency and liaising closely with the Brand, Product, CRM and Campaigns teams to achieve a consistent representation of the brand to customers.
Responsibilities
- Brief copy, imagery and illustrations to inform and excite guests while achieving optimum search efficacy.
- Support the development roadmap of new functionality and improvements to use experience.
- Work closely with the development team to request front-end and back-end changes to help support content work stream, SEO and user experience.
- Support with strategic brand messaging campaigns on the website.
- Using CMS to create new pages and manage existing content changes, supporting the North American, Australian, and German teams.
- Work closely with SEO agency to wireframe new and existing pages.
- Support across other areas of digital team with continuous SEO improvement.
Accountabilities
- Self-manage time and prioritisation to achieve agreed run-rate of work.
- Can communicate content requirements clearly to the in-house studio and/or copywriter to deliver excellent results.
- Manage internal customers expectations and work with stakeholders to build effective communication.
- Influence key stakeholders through compelling insights ad effective presentation of results.
- Provide support to wider content team.
- Must be fluent in English and German.
