What does our payroll team do?

Our payroll department process payroll for all our staff worldwide. Randox have over 2000 staff members, based in over 50 countries.

Location: Randox Laboratories, 55 Diamond Road, Crumlin, BT29 4QY.

Contract Offered: Full-time, Fixed Term for one year, with the view of going permanent.

Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 4x9Hrs, with half day Friday (4hrs) or 4x10 hours. (Department capacity pending)

What does the Payroll Administrator role involve?

In this role you will be required to help maintain the day-to-day operations within the payroll department. Key duties of the role include:

  • RecordabsencesasnotifiedbyHR
  • Record&provideallstarter andleaverdetailsprovidedbyHRtothePayrollOfficers/Managers
  • LiaisewithHRwherenecessary toseekfull&completeinformationforprocessingthrough payroll
  • AssistreceptionwiththeadministrationoftheTMS (Time Management Systems)attendancerecords-includingentering timesheets
  • Liaise withManagers&Staffwhenrequiredtoresolveanomalies-includingproviding daily reports
  • Administrationofthegroupemail"Payroll"/"Pension"/"NSR" inboxes
  • CollateallnecessarystaffabsenceformsfromReceptionforprocessing-e.g.Sick/Unpaid/etc
  • Obtainallmedicalcertificates/admissionnotes/self-isolationnotesfromHRforprocessing
  • Provideassistancewithphone calls/queriesfromStaff
  • Tocheck ifstaffhaveverified theirpersona!emaildetailswithAegon[thepensionadministrator] & proceed accordingly

On the job training will be provided on our processes.
