Customer Interaction - Marketing Operations Analyst

Your New Role

  • Support the Marketing Operations Manager to be the hub of co-ordination, organisation & quality assurance for the Marketing Team alongside another analyst & assistant.
  • Manage what the ‘day/week/month' look like across all channel execution, drawing from the central marketing calendar & campaign toolkits. Ultimately maintaining the visual ‘one source of truth'.
  • Hold bi-weekly Governance meetings with the channels to hold teams accountable for deadline, as well as look & feel/message consistency, working back from the longest lead pole team.
  • Organise the use of assets such as briefing documentation for individual channel content creation & buyer approval templates.
  • Align activity across teams such as Retail Media execution, ensuring messaging is joined up & reflects key moments in the Marketing Calendar.
  • Cascade changes to the team, such as reactive support, change in TOV/photography styles etc. from the campaign team & SLT.
  • Governance of the photography output across the channel teams.

About You

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Both a problem solver and relationship building across a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Logical thinker with a drive to understand and deliver against varying ROI targets.
  • Agency management and experience in retail or a similar, fast-paced environment is desirable.
  • Experience in project marketing or organization of project timings.

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
