Marketing Assistant

We have a fantastic opportunity with one of our prestigious clients based in Leeds who are experiencing strong success and growth and are now recruiting for a marketing assistant to join a busy and dynamic team.

As the Marketing Assistant you will work closely with the Head of Marketing, providing support with daily activities to promote serviced office solutions and manage client relationships. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills who can contribute to successful marketing campaigns and client service operations.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns (social media, email, print, etc.).
  • Serve as a key point of contact for suppliers (PPC, SEO, and PR agencies) to understand the success of Google campaigns and present data.
  • Develop and create engaging content for our social media platforms, website, newsletters, and internal communications.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences etc
  • Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relation management (CRM) systems.
  • Help organize and coordinate marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, suggesting improvements where necessary.
  • Assist in the design and production of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, digital ads).
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients.

Skills & experience required:

  • Experience working within marketing, customer service, or account management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
