Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via telephone, live chat, and email, ensuring a high level of service at all times.
- Utilise your in-depth knowledge to provide guidance and advice to customers.
- Process orders efficiently and accurately over the phone.
- Handle and resolve delivery issues with tact and professionalism.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, providing assistance across various channels.
- Undertake general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the team.
- Continually develop and enhance your product knowledge to better serve our customers.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: £25,000 - £26,000 per year
